Sometimes something we love can become a way to give back.
This October, PaperTales is turning crafting into a little something bigger.
Create 💜 Craft 💜 Share is a month-long fundraiser supporting ACCESS Assault Care Center Extending Shelter & Support, an organization providing safety, support, and hope to survivors and their children in our communities.
This cause is personal to me, and that’s why I wanted this fundraiser to be about more than simply selling a product.
I wanted to create a way for our crafting community to create something, enjoy something, and give something back.
💜 HOW IT WORKS
From October 6 through November 6, 10% of all PaperTales sales will be donated to ACCESS.
That means you don’t have to purchase one specific fundraiser product to participate.
If you’ve been planning to order crafting supplies, a kit, take a class, or simply need a little crafty retail therapy… your purchase can help support ACCESS. 💜

ACCESS Assault Care Center Extending Shelter & Support provides critical services to survivors of domestic violence and their children.
Their work goes far beyond providing a safe place to stay. ACCESS helps survivors find safety, support, resources, and a path forward.
This is one of the reasons supporting ACCESS means so much to me personally.
I know firsthand how important it can be to have somewhere to turn, someone who believes you, and people willing to help you find your way forward.
This fundraiser is my small way of helping support the people doing that work every day.

The fundraiser kicks off and we’ll spend the next month creating, crafting, sharing stories, and raising support for ACCESS.

Look for special projects, cause information, crafting opportunities, updates, and plenty of PaperTales shenanigans throughout the month.
🎉 NOVEMBER 7
CELEBRATION CRAFT PARTY
We’ll wrap up the fundraiser with a virtual celebration and crafting event!

🐾 AND YES… SWEED IS INVOLVED.
Of course he is.
Apparently the Chaos Supervisor has decided that he is now the official director of this operation.
- He chose purple.
- He has opinions.
- He has absolutely no problem inserting himself into the planning process.
And somehow… he thinks this was all his idea. 😂🐾💜
So expect a little crafting, a little giving, a few surprises, and probably some questionable supervision along the way.
