Welcome!

This evening I have a couple really fun 3D Fun Fold cards for you using Stampin’ Up!’s Storybook Moments Suite Collection!

Stampin’ Up!©️ Storybook Moments Suite Collection is a very large suite! It consists of 2 complete stamp/die bundles, 2 designer series papers, pearls and ribbon. This suite can be found on my online store or in the January – April Mini Catalog, page 23.

I’m still working on getting us caught up with this so we can start the Easter series! Blizzard Warning today so hopefully I can just work away while it snows! 😂

Enough boring, let’s get to the fun!

Today, I will be using Storybook Friends Bundle, Storybook Moments Specialty DSP, Antique Pearls and the Petal Pink 3/8” Scalloped Ribbon! All of these items are a part of the Storybook Moments Suite Collection.

These cards I’m showing you today are very much fancy fun folds but I think you will all enjoy them.

I don’t have deep detailed instructions on either of these cards, this will be more of a fly over view. I will include links to the original creators of the styles so you can watch there videos.

Lets begin with the Pop Up Book Card. This design is one I have been wanting to try from Lisa’s Stamp Studio and I thought the Storybook Moments Collection would be the perfect suite to play with it. You can find all the instructions and a Project Sheet over on her page!

For my take on her Pop Up Book Card I am using: Wild Wheat, Petal Pink and Basic White 8-1/2” x 11” Cardstock and Storybook Friends 12” x 12” Designer Series Paper.

There isn’t a lot of stamping to this particular card. Just the sentiment on a scrap piece of Basic White and Petal Pink cardstock. I used Wild Wheat Classic Stamp Pad as well.

Measurements for the paper can be found here. Again, Lisa has a step by step video link over on her site for this card.

Just a fly by on how I put this awesome thing together:

And there you have the Pop Up Book Card! Isn’t it adorable!! A disclaimer note here on mailing this card: this is a VERY thick card and will require extra postage, possibly a padded envelope for safety.

Let’s move on to our 2nd Fun Fold for the day!

Corner Flip Fold Bookmark Card! I don’t know if thats exactly what it is called but that is what I am calling it.

This card is a mash up of 2 different ones I have found on Pinterest. the main portion of the card, the Corner Flip Fold, I C.A.S.E.D. from my amazing team leader Tami White. You can find her directions and video tutorial on her website.

Again not a lot of detailed instructions for this one. I will add in the measurements for the mash up bookmark parts and the stamping I did as they are very different from what Tami has.

You will see in the photo’s that the cardstock changes colors about the 4th photo in. Funny story: I wanted to use a brighter color pallet but after cutting and scoring the base I hated it! So off to monochromatic we go!

Let’s Go!

Extra paper needed: Mossy Meadow: 4-1/4” x 5-1/2”, Old Olive: 2” x 5”, DSP 3” x 4” and 1-7/8” x 4-7/8”. Also need scraps of Mossy Meadow, Basic White and DSP for circles.

Circle Punches used are 2-1/4” and 2-3/8”.

I will get a PDF of better directions for the bookmark and the backing for the card. I know I went over those super fast and some probably make no sense 🤯

NOW YOU HAVE A COUPLE OF SUPER FUN CARDS TO SEND OFF TO SOMEONE TO SAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY OR THINKING OF YOU.

👇🏻Downloadable PDF👇🏻

I have a full list of products used, as well as links to them in my store below. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to me either in the comments below or privately!

I WILL BE BACK WITH MORE STORYBOOK FUN!

Happy Stamping!!

Product List

We are doing new and frighting things over on Facebook!

I’ve taken a leap into the Live Stream world with a monthly card class. I will have video recordings uploaded to YouTube and will have them linked in here as well.

Just a few little details about these classes. First and foremost, they are FREE!!

I will provide the measurements and products I use during the classes but the creativity is limitless and you can choose whatever products you would like. There is no right or wrong.

These classes are really just to bring us all together once a month and have some crafty time and relax. Going forward the classes will be the last Saturday of the Month at 7pm CST and last about an hour.

The March 29th class will be featuring Stampin’ Up! ©️ Online Exclusive Faith Collection Bundle with a focus on Easter.

I don’t have all details planned out yet but this will be an easier project but not a simple stamping card although I will have samples of how you can use just the stamp set. It will be fun!

I will post more details on the projects as we get close to the date. This will allow you to prep as much as you need.

If you have any questions please reach out to me.

Happy Stamping!!

My Favorite Stampin Tools

1.Take Your Pick
144107s So many uses and attachments for this little tool that makes crafting so much easier! I have 3 currently in my tools drawer!
2.Stampin’ Glass Mat Studio (Imperial)
163987s This glass mat is amazing! I love that you can write on it, stamp on it and use it to line up paper. Easy to use and super easy to clean up when you’re all done!
3.Simply Scored
122334s The Simply Scored is in my top 5 because it make scoring easy when you’re doing a bunch of scoring at once or intricate score marks for a fold. Also saves you from cutting when wanting to score! The diagonal board is also super helpful when doing scores for envelopes and boxes.
4.Blending Brushes
153611s Oh my blending brushes. These little fellows are a blessing when it comes to adding color and making scenes! I could write an entire book on why you should have these in your tool bag!
5.Soft Pastels Assortment
154585s These are a sentimental favorite. I have been using soft pastels in art work since high school. They are a unique color tool that believe it or not has a lot of different uses and color techniques. If you want to explore coloring then grab a set of these!
