🍁 Thanksgiving Blog Hop — Cozy Creations with Stampin’ Up! Amber Autumn Stamp Set!

There’s something magical about crafting for Thanksgiving—the cozy colors, the heartfelt messages, and that perfect mix of gratitude and creativity. Tonight’s Thanksgiving Blog Hop is all about celebrating that spirit, and I’m so excited to share my project with you!

For this hop, I’m featuring the Stampin’ Up Amber Autumn Stamp Set, and let me tell you—it’s fall perfection. From rich amber tones to leaf patterns, this set brings the warmth of the season right to your craft table.

I wanted to create something that feels like wrapping up in a cozy blanket with a cup of cider—a card that captures all those autumn feels. Think soft textures, layered color blends, and just a hint of shimmer that catches the light like falling leaves.

✨ Here’s what you’ll find below:

  • Paper measurements for my Amber Autumn project
  • A brief overview of the creation process
  • A full supply list (because we love easy shopping lists!)
  • Links to all the amazing creators in tonight’s blog hop—each bringing their own cozy, creative flair to the season

Let’s get our cozy party going and begin with the paper measurements!

There is a downloadable PDF below that you can print off or just refer back to later with detailed instructions, but here is a quick run down.

  • Attach the DSP to the front of the card base.
  • Center the large circle die from Stylish Shapes over the front of the card and cut with the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine. Also the next sized circle from the 3” Cajun Craze.
  • Stamp the acorns and sentiment onto Basic White. Punch out with the 2-3/8” Circle Punch
  • Attach the circles together and attach them to the 1-1/4” DSP.
  • Attach the scored tab to the back of the 5-1/4” Basic White and attach to the inside of the card.
  • Add on some Streaked Dots and your all done!

As we head into the season of gratitude, I just want to say how thankful I am for this creative community. Every comment, share, and little “wow!” means more than you know. Crafting isn’t just about paper and ink—it’s about connection, creativity, and the joy we share through every handmade project.

So tonight, as you hop through all the amazing Thanksgiving creations, I hope you feel inspired to slow down, make something beautiful, and share a little gratitude along the way.

Happy Thanksgiving, friends. 🧡

My Favorite Stampin Tools

1.Take Your Pick
144107s So many uses and attachments for this little tool that makes crafting so much easier! I have 3 currently in my tools drawer!
2.Stampin’ Glass Mat Studio (Imperial)
163987s This glass mat is amazing! I love that you can write on it, stamp on it and use it to line up paper. Easy to use and super easy to clean up when you’re all done!
3.Simply Scored
122334s The Simply Scored is in my top 5 because it make scoring easy when you’re doing a bunch of scoring at once or intricate score marks for a fold. Also saves you from cutting when wanting to score! The diagonal board is also super helpful when doing scores for envelopes and boxes.
4.Blending Brushes
153611s Oh my blending brushes. These little fellows are a blessing when it comes to adding color and making scenes! I could write an entire book on why you should have these in your tool bag!
5.Soft Pastels Assortment
154585s These are a sentimental favorite. I have been using soft pastels in art work since high school. They are a unique color tool that believe it or not has a lot of different uses and color techniques. If you want to explore coloring then grab a set of these!
